How do I exclude internal traffic from my reports?

You can remove internal or invalid traffic by IP from your reported metrics.

Type the IP address or IP address range in the appropriate field and hit enter. IPs will be added to the list of excluded IP addresses. In this list you can view all the IP addresses submitted. The newly added ranges will have a status of "Pending" under "Date processed" until the ranges have been applied by comScore. You should expect the ranges to be applied within 24 hours of submission.

Note: Due to privacy policies, comScore uses mathematical formulas to obfuscate IPs, which may trigger some additional IPs to be excluded.
